DEBRA J. FELTHAM, FCPA, FCGA
Debra Feltham – FCPA, FCGA has over thirty years’ experience in accounting and business management at a senior level, operating her own accounting, taxation, and management consulting firm since 2005. She is keenly aware of issues facing small and medium business in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Over 30 Years of Professional Experience
Debra has been responsible for planning and executing many accounting assurance and audit engagements for a diverse group of clients, including companies engaged in retail, manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate and land development, and hospitality and food services, along with non-for-profit organizations and municipalities.
She has played a key role in many projects funded by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), including business diagnostics, profitability counselling, business plan mentorship, and aftercare.

With more than 25 years of experience in systems design and support. She is a Quickbooks® Platinum ProAdvisor,and a Certified Consultant/Trainor with Sage 50 and supports numerous accounting software packages for her clients. Her commitment to new technologies stems from the view that providing business owners with relevant, reliable, and timely information will enable them to be more profitable.

Our Team
Liam Coombs, CPA - Manager, Assurance & Accounting
Liam graduated from Memorial University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and earned his CPA designation in 2021. Before joining our firm, Liam gained extensive audit experience with two national accounting firms and served as Chief Financial Officer for a construction company.
With over six years of experience auditing not-for-profit organizations and charities, he has worked with clients across Newfoundland & Labrador, as well as in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. His diverse background and strong organizational skills enable him to understand both audit and client perspectives, bridging communication and technical gaps effectively.
Liam is committed to delivering high-quality audited financial statements while providing value-added services. He focuses on ensuring a smooth audit process and meeting deliverable expectations, helping clients achieve clarity and confidence in their financial reporting.

Julia Collins - Manager of Client Services, Assurance and Taxation.
Julia helps coordinate audit communications and supports engagement teams with working paper preparation, audit testing, and the evaluation and documentation of internal controls.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at Memorial University and is pursuing her Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation through the National Payroll Institute. She brings over five years of experience in accounting, including time with another public accounting firm before joining our team.
Julia’s organizational skills, technical ability, and approachable manner make her a key point of contact for both clients and team members. She takes pride in ensuring that each engagement runs smoothly and that clients receive clear communication and dependable support throughout the audit process.
Our management team has significant experience in the supervision of other staff at a variety of levels demonstrating the ability to lead a team to complete all professional engagements.

Tyler Kirby, B.Comm - Senior Staff Accountant, Assurance and Tax.
Tyler graduated from Memorial University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has since completed the Chartered Professional Accountant Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). He wrote his final Common Final Examination (CFE) in September 2025 and is in the process of obtaining his CPA designation.
Before joining our firm, Tyler gained hands-on experience with several accounting firms, including two national firms. His background includes working on audit engagements for large, provincially regulated organizations such as Newfoundland Power and NL Hydro, as well as for many local non-profit organizations and charities. This mix of experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of both complex corporate audits and the community-focused needs of smaller organizations.
Tyler brings a strong technical foundation and a client-first mindset to every engagement. He is highly proficient in CaseWare, TaxCycle, QuickBooks, and Sage 50, and is known for his attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering quality results that add real value for clients.

Our team also includes additional junior accounting and support staff.
